- Page Rank Of The Site Linking To You;
The higher the PR of the site linking to you, the more value you get of the back link, ie; if you get a back link from a PR4 or PR5, that is more value to your site than 3 back links from a PR0 or PR1 !
- Number Of Links On The Page Where Your Link is:
Most web masters uses a page for their link exchange that is full of links to other websites, so the less the number of links in the page where your link is, the more value you get from that back link.
- The Topic Of The Site Linking To You:
Well, although you can exchange links with any site, it is more value to have a back link from a site that is the same as your site’s topic.
- Links From Top Directories:

- Where Your Link Is Placed In A Site:
The spot where your link is place on a site make differs in the value of your back link, the higher it is, the more value you get.
